I SEE YOU. You’re the go-to person in your world.

at work, at home, with your family, in life.

From the outside your life works.  It might even look enviable.

Not broken. Not wrong. Just… absent.

You’re wearing ruts in the landscape of your life: Home. Work. Grocery store. Gym. Errands. Making all the things that need to happen happen. You could script next week with your eyes closed - because it’s a carbon copy of this one.

And the one before.

And the one before that.

Your days are so filled with checking boxes and making sure everyone else’s needs are met, that you rarely consider your own.

And if someone asks, you can’t think of a single thing you want for yourself. Not because you don’t want - but because you have no idea how to name what it is you need.

The things that once brought you joy leave you flat. And the things you were told would make you feel fulfilled?

They just… don’t.

You yearn for adventure. Crave sensation. Hunger for something… different.

Something new. Something True. Something delicious.

You catch yourself wondering where you are in your own life.

Because that’s what’s missing…

The you you came here to be.

The you they trained you not to be.

It’s easy to lose yourself in the tasks of everyday life.

TO KEEP

but something deeper is stirring now.

Something wilder. Truer. Older than fear and louder than shame.

You know - In your cells. In your soul. In your sacred gut.

- that you were meant for more than this… and better.

More purpose. More meaning. More holy, life-altering inspiration.

More fairness. More freedom. More fierce and tender justice for All.

More joy. More pleasure. More Magic.

You’re closer than you think.

Hi, I'm Tara

Spiritual Anarchist, Stained Glass Window Cleaner, proud W.I.T.C.H.

From the outside, my life looks like I’ve always gone my own way and to hell with societal expectations.

I’d rather buy experiences than stuff, and I couldn’t care less about people’s pedigrees, titles, or the letters after their names.

I’ve never worked a corporate job.

In fact, I was a full time professional actor when I woke up one day and realized it didn’t make me happy.  I then pivoted and built a thriving, joy-fueled practice as a holistic healer.

And then, right before I turned forty, I went through a devastating breakup with yet another emotionally unavailable bad boy with broken wings.

In the aftermath of that heartbreak, needing to shake things up. I felt compelled to take my first writing class since college.

Soon a strange pattern revealed itself. Every prompt in every class inspired me to write about something that had happened before I went to kindergarten.

So much so that the teacher eventually asked, Have you had a life since you turned five??!!”. I didn’t know what to tell him…

And then, one evening, it hit me.  The reason I was writing about my much younger self was that I needed to remember and reclaim who I was before I entered the system.

My pre school self was a

Prone to stripping off her clothes as soon as she got outside, hissing like a cat when she was mad, and singing odes to the sun at the top of her lungs out the car window.

She was curious and expressive and had no problem asking for what she wanted. She would run through the full gamut of emotions from rage to joy, frustration to glee, grief to satisfaction in moments.

She woke up at a thousand percent and went to bed the same way, fully alive and fully present, fully invested in every moment of every day.  She knew she was Magic.

She was a handful - and she was glorious.

And then I went to kindergarten and began my thirteen+ year indoctrination into this hierarchal system that demands that we be less.

In order to conform with “norms,” I was taught that I talked too much, had too much energy, that my feelings were too big, that I had too many opinions, that my imagination was too big and too strange, that I played sports too aggressively for a girl.

THEY TAUGHT ME TO BE MY

Day after day, they convinced me that I was too much until I started doing their work for them, cutting off and suppressing parts of myself in order to fit into their socially acceptable boxes.

I learned to rigidly regulate my exuberance, my imagination, my emotions, my expression of Self, and to prioritize the needs and wants of others ahead of my own, believing their lies that this was the only way I could earn love and safety.

And 30 years later … I was still doing it.

Oh sure, as an adult I was living a life outside the mainstream, but I was only pushing the edges of that box, never fully stepping out of it. I’d cultivated and rigidly maintained a pink, sparkly, non threatening, supportively magical facade, blunting my individuality, restraining my power, and repressing my fierce rebelliousness.

It was fucking exhausting.

Worse than that, my actions not only hurt me personally but also propped up a system of oppression that damages everyone it touches.

That realization was like a

bolt of lightning through my life.

I knew that I was

I set out to reclaim full sovereignty over my life, not just as an act of healing, but as a holy refusal to keep playing small inside someone else’s machine.

I chose to honor my direct connection with the Divine—not through doctrine, but through the deep, wild wisdom of my own body and intuition.

I stopped following the rules that were never made for our freedom, and instead followed the compass of my pleasure, my passion, my Truth.

I owned that my joy is not frivolous, but a force of resistance.

That my voice speaks not just for myself, but as an instrument for disrupting domination culture. That my authenticity is activism.

Fueled by these radical re-visions, I began to deep clean the stained glass windows of my inner sanctuary - not just to let my light shine, but to signal to others: you can come home to yourself, too.

This is my work -

To see the truth of you beneath the conditioning,

and reflecting it back to you until you can’t unsee it.

Because reclaiming ourselves isn’t where the revolution ends

Here’s the Truth…

Conformity and convention, actively working to be the most beige, bland, boring, fitting-in versions of ourselves, is what has led to this point in history.

You don’t have to be a fortune teller to determine the outcome of mainstream thinking - it’s screaming at us from every headline and in every segment of “breaking news.”

If we want a different world, we’ve got to stop trying to fix this one from inside the box it came in. The ideas they’ve laughed at, dismissed, and labeled “too emotional,” “too feminine,” “too much” - THOSE are the blueprints for the future.

This isn’t the time to play it safe. It’s time to get

If we’re going to midwife a new reality, we’ve got to stop contorting ourselves to fit the old one.

Your Being is sacred.

Your quirks are divine.

Your voice. Your vision. Your vibe. It’s the medicine the world’s dying for.

No more shrinking. No more censoring. No more shoehorning our infinite magic into their beige-ass boxes.

We weren’t born to be palatable;

And when we honor that in ourselves — we remember how to honor it in each other.

is not about fixing you.

It’s about meeting yourself - fully, honestly, and without apology.

And when that happens? Everything starts to shift.

And start trusting it.

What used to feel like noise - tension, fatigue, discomfort -

becomes information.

Clear. Direct. Useful.

Your body is no longer the problem.

It becomes your partner.

Your guide.

Your home base.

Not surface-level, fleeting relief,

but deep, grounded, embodied rightness.

And once you know that feeling?

You can’t unknow it.

You recognize immediately when something is off.

And instead of overriding it -

you know how to bring yourself back.

Not recklessly. Not reactively.

But with precision.

With self-trust.

With the understanding that your pleasure
is not frivolous -

it’s foundational.

Your life gets richer.
More alive.
More yours.

And even clearer about what you don’t.

No more vague dissatisfaction.

No more “I don’t know.”

You know.

And you say it.

With no apology.

And start working with them.

Instead of spiraling - you get curious.

You understand what your emotions are telling you,

and you use that information to make real, tangible changes.

You ask for what you need.

You respond instead of react.

You become solution-oriented in your own life.

Not Truth. Not Intution.

Conditioning.

Old programming.

A voice trained to keep you small and safe inside their boxes.

And instead of obeying it?

You thank it… and move forward anyway.

You know the difference between:

this scares me because it’s new” and

this isn’t right for me

And that distinction changes everything.

Because now?

You take risks that expand you—

and walk away from what diminishes you.

And step into your power AS THE AUTHORITY IN YOUR LIFE.

You stop outsourcing your decisions.

You stop waiting for permission.

You understand, deep in your bones,

that no one else can know what’s right for you.

Because no one else is you.

not as a burden, but as freedom.

If something isn’t working?

You change it.

If something is missing?

You create it.

You don’t spiral over what went “wrong.”

You use it.

Better information = better choices.

And start co-creating it.

You build what you wish existed.

You invite others into it.

You become someone who doesn’t just adapt to the world -

you shape it.

More open. More alive. More at ease.

Because when you stop fighting yourself -

your entire system responds.

Because here’s what I believe.

Or Mosques.
Or Synagogues.
Or Temples.
Or Stone Henges.
Or Sacred Groves beside Sacred Rivers.

You do you!

Whatever you call it, you are a living, breathing space where Spirit resides.

Inside you blazes a spark of Divinity, the same sacred light that burns in everyone else.

What makes you you are your unique stained glass windows -

your quirks, your talents, your desires, your delicious peculiarities.

The light is universal.

The glass is personal.

And my work?

I help you clean those windows.

So that you can come home to your Self.

So that you can live your most joyful, fulfilled life.

So that your singular light can shine out in the World

IF YOU’RE DONE LIVING INSIDE SOMEONE ELSE’S RULES, EXPECTATIONS, AND DEFINITIONS,

THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO BLOW OPEN THE BOXES AND ANOINT YOURSELF SOVEREIGN OVER YOUR OWN LIFE.
